美记：比尔买断声明随时可能发布 若无变故加盟快船仍是板上钉钉

7月13日讯 Clutchpoints记者Brett Siegel撰文报道了太阳和比尔之间买断谈判的进展，他表示正式买断声明随时都有可能发布，买断之后他加盟快船看起来仍然是板上钉钉的事情。

“多位消息人士在夏季联赛头两天接受ClutchPoints采访时表示，普遍认为比尔在与太阳队正式完成买断后，将与快船队签约。
